Our Overnight Specialists are the backbone of our houses—ensuring our youth have a safe, clean, and organized environment to wake up to every morning.

Our Community Presence
We operate 6 dedicated residential houses across Mesa and Apache Junction. These homes are safe havens for youth ages 1–17. As an Overnight Specialist, you are the guardian of that safety during the late-night hours.

Your Night Shift Mission
This is a critical role focused on the "behind-the-scenes" success of our program. You’ll be based in our Mesa or Apache Junction homes, ensuring everything is ready for the day ahead:
  • Safety & Vigilance: Conducting regular checks on clients while they sleep to ensure a safe, secure environment.
  • House Stewardship: Keeping the home tidy and welcoming through light cleaning and organization.
  • Daily Prep: Prepping nutritious meals and setting up materials for the next day’s activities so the youth can start their day on the right foot.

The Schedule
Perfect for night owls or those looking for consistent weekend hours:
  • Friday Night: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Saturday morning)
  • Saturday Night: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM (Sunday morning)

What You’ll Need to Join Us
21+ Years Old (for agency vehicle operation)
1 Year Experience in youth-focused behavioral health
Valid AZ Driver’s License
Clearances: Fingerprint Card, CPR/First Aid, and TB test results
Tech Savvy: Familiarity with Word, Excel, and Outlook for shift logging.

Compensation
  • $19.00 per hour
