As a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through:
We value flexibility and impact. This role allows you to balance your week between:
✔ Education: Master’s Degree in Counseling, Social Work, or a related field.
✔ Licensure: LAC, LMSW, LPC, or LCSW (Associate-level clinicians receive supervision toward independent licensure!).
✔ Experience: 3+ years working directly with children; familiarity with CBT/TF-CBT is a major plus.
✔ Age: 21+ years old.
✔ Clearances: Valid AZ Driver’s License, Fingerprint Clearance Card, and CPR/First Aid certification.
✔ Insight: Knowledge of Arizona’s behavioral health system and the "12 Principles."

As a Community-Based Therapist, you aren't just managing a caseload—you are a strategist for growth. You’ll support children and families through:
- Holistic Therapy: Delivering individual, family, and group sessions that address trauma, ADHD, anxiety, and more.
- Collaborative Care: Partnering with families and community agencies (like CPS and DDD) to ensure a "whole-picture" approach to healing.
- Actionable Growth: Creating individualized treatment plans that serve as a roadmap for long-term success.
- Continuous Learning: Participating in weekly supervision with our Clinical Director to sharpen your skills and advance your career.

- Telehealth: Connecting with families from a professional remote setting.
- In-Person: Building deep, face-to-face rapport within the Arizona community.
